Aon Consulting Worldwide, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AOC), today announced that Elizebeth Varghese has joined the organization as senior vice president and U.S. leader for the Talent Solutions practice, which specializes in workforce selection, leadership development and talent management for broad-based and senior executive employees.

Prior to joining Aon Consulting, Varghese led the North American Corporate Transformation group at Hewitt Associates, focusing on improving business results through people strategies. A principal at Hewitt, she also led global HR design and delivery work for the Talent and Organization Consulting practice. With Aon Consulting, Varghese will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Talent Solutions group.
Varghese grew up in India, and has worked with clients around the world. She has MBAs from Columbia Business School and the London Business School. She also has a master's degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India, and a bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Bombay College of Pharmacy.
Varghese joined Aon Consulting on April 27, and is based in New York City.
