Sullivan of San Francisco, California, has joined the firm as a Principal Consultant. Diana brings over 20 years of general management and leadership development experience ranging from business and leadership strategy alignment, to working with organizations, teams, and individuals on leader development and business impact.

Before joining Cambria, Diana was a co-founder and head of Lee Hecht Harrison’s Leadership Consulting practice for over ten years, and prior to that delivered executive coaching and development services. Prior to her work at Lee Hecht Harrison, Diana was a senior manager in national sales with AT&T Computer Systems Division. She was an early developer of solutions that brought coaching skills inside organizations and has written on leadership agility and the ambiguity of leading organizations.
Diana has served on the board of the International Consortium of Coaching in Organizations, has worked with leadership forums at IMD in Switzerland, and has partnered with leading-edge universities such as The Wharton School. She is a member of the HR Strategy Forum and a frequent contributor to articles on global leadership. She has also been a frequent speaker at conferences in Europe, Asia, and the US on topics related to leadership and coaching.
