After strong client support for offering courses in a virtual format, TBD Consulting has converted several of their most popular, traditional classroom courses into online courses. These courses will be available for public registration via the TBD Consulting website under the Webinars & Workshops listings page. The courses to be offered are COREformance™ Learning Assessment Design and Advanced Coaching for Leaders.
"The conversion of these courses from in-person, instructor-led to online, instructor-led format really fits well with the budget requirements of our clients and provides great flexibility to our participants," stated TBD Consulting Vice President Michael Abrams.
The classes take place in four 90-minute sessions with an additional two hours of homework. "These two courses make use of blogs as a means of tracking activities and engaging our participants outside the class time," said TBD Consulting Director of Learning Services Karen Trog.
