Emptoris and Accenture, along with EBG, will also sponsor a "Procurement General Assembly" in France in 2009, which will feature a broader panel and interactive audience discussion on key supply management issues, including globalization, low cost country sourcing, advanced sourcing techniques, and contract management. The series of eight roundtable debates, each lasting for two hours, will each feature three to five CPOs in a panel discussion, with an audience of between 30 to 50 senior procurement executives participating to ensure energetic discussion.
